Fly-n (“we” or “our” as the context requires) is an application that enables travellers throughout Europe to find the best route and price for their journeys. We do this by comparing prices, and itineraries from multiple transport providers to compare flights, trains, and buses from third parties, Fly-n is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

(VI) Use metatags or code or other devices containing any reference to Fly-n or the [company name] to direct any person to any other website for any purpose.
Any unauthorised use of Fly-n or its content, materials, information, or services terminates the limited licence granted by [company name]
You may not use Fly-n for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations (including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws) applicable to your use of Fly-n.

Fly-n is available on a mobile application platform. We do not guarantee that Fly-n will be available at all times. Fly-n may be unavailable for maintenance or any other reason with, or without, notice.
Fly-n is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on Fly-n. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of this application or the information contained on Fly-n.
Fly-n does not guarantee the lowest prices for flights, trains, or buses. We merely provide a convenient way to compare prices and routes. Please double-check all prices and details before booking any travel.
Fly-n may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that [company name], concerning linked websites, is not responsible or liable for:
(i) The availability or accuracy of linked websites.
(ii) The content, products, privacy policies, and terms and conditions on linked websites.
(iii) The availability of tickets through the linked websites.
(iv) Any changes or cancellations made to tickets booked through linked websites.
(v) Any damages or losses incurred as a result of using the linked websites or the products and services provided by those websites.
Fly-n may receive a commission for referrals to some of the linked websites. This does not affect the prices you see in our application. Fly-n is not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or other problems that may occur during travel.
If for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the party's intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, and any rights and licences granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by [company name] without restriction.
These Terms are the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between [company name] and you regarding Fly-n, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between [company name] and you regarding Fly-n.
